Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TestosteroneRehab, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care. Due to the personalised nature of our treatments, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read carefully before booking or purchasing any services.

1. Consultation Fees

Non-Refundable: All consultation fees (including initial medical assessments) are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your appointment and fee.

2. Lab Tests & Diagnostics

Blood tests and diagnostic services are non-refundable once the test kit has been dispatched or the appointment has been completed.
If you cancel before dispatch, you may request a refund minus administrative fees.

3. Prescription Medication

No refunds will be issued for prescription medications after dispatch due to health and safety regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with evidence, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. Treatment Plans

Once a personalised treatment plan has been issued and medication has been dispatched, it is considered final and non-refundable.
We are committed to working with you to adjust treatment plans as needed for better outcomes, but financial refunds are not provided after initiation.

5. Cancellation by TestosteroneRehab

If we cancel your consultation or service for any reason (e.g. practitioner unavailability, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
